Which devices can I use to connect?

You can use all devices provided with a wi-fi antenna (laptops, netbooks, tablets, smartphones, …).

I registered to InternetONE FREE. How can I surf the Internet?

To browse the Internet you need to open a new page or a new tab on the Internet browser of your device.
Remember not to close the welcome page showing the counter with remaining data volume and minutes. For your convenience, we suggest to save the link to this page in your favorite links. From this page you can also logout at the end of your surfing session, in order to save your remaining volume/time for later use.

How long can I use my password?

Your password does not expire as long as you use it, so we suggest to save the SMS that stores the password for reference. However, if you don’t use your password for more than 365 days, your password expires and you will need to register again.

How can I register to WizONE?

You need a mobile number and an email address. You can register entering your mobile phone number and your email address in the registration page. You will receive a message (by SMS & Email) to confirm your password. Then, you login using your mobile phone number as your username and the password you’ve chosen.
